Greetings.  There are quite a few things going on in Tommy world and I will try to talk briefly about each musical endeavor.  Currently I am working with several different bands and performing solo acoustic gigs.  I have been playing corporate gigs with the League of Decency, which has been a lot of fun.  They play everything from jazz and swing, to blues and Motown.  I am also lead guitarist in MOTION, which is a high energy cover band playing Journey, Foreigner, Led Zeppelin, etc..  I've also been working with Heaven Davis and recently played guitar on her new c.d.  She just completed a tour of Europe and we performed together at an outside concert at the Mall of Georgia.  I still do occasional gigs with KNIGHT TRANE and have some dates coming up in the Atlanta area.  I am looking forward to working with George Calhoon and Chris Ortiz again.  I have also been playing with 7 LICKS which includes Ruud Cooty from Motion and Paul Arrendondo from Storm Warning. I performed with the Ron Kimble band recently at Uncle Woody's.  I have played guitar for Ron, on and off again, for quite a few years.  Those are a few of the bands I have been working with in the past few weeks.  I am blessed to be able to play with different bands and perform different styles of music, so it never gets old.  Now, on to other things...

As far as recording goes, I played some guitar tracks on the new Heaven Davis c.d., "Steamy"..  Heaven is a great singer and a wonderful entertainer.  We have played several gigs together and will continue to do so in the future.  I also laid some guitar tracks down on Matthew Kahler's new c.d. "Rock, Paper, Scissors"..  Matthew is one of the best songwriters around and it shows on this disc.  I contributed some guitar tracks on the
John Austin c.d. "Busted At The Pearly Gates".  John has a very unique songwriting and vocal style..  I had a blast recording for him..   I am preparing to record some solo acoustic things I have been working on so I will be back in the studio in the very near future.  All of the above recording was done at Down In Deep studios near Little Five Points.. Marty Kearns is the owner and operator of the studio and he is one of the most talented people I have ever come across..  Not only is he a great musician, he is one of the best producers and engineers in the business.  It is an honor to work with him on stage and recording.

That is all for now.. I will be keeping you current on news and gigs..  Below are the websites for some of the people I work with.
