I currently teach at All Star Music in Loganville, GA.

I have taught privately for 23 years, and have developed a curriculum consisting of the following. I require each student to be able to read notation, guitar tablature, and chord charts, so they will be able to play in any situation. It is also wise to have a decent background in music theory, so I also throw in theory as we go.

All Star Music keeps a good supply of method books, song books, and sheet music to use if needed. Most of the time, I use Peter Vogl's tabalature book, which has tab paper, notation paper, chord diagrams, scale diagrams, etc., all in one book. I can write out what is needed for the student to progress accordingly..

I have every kind of student, beginner to advanced, and work with them to improve their guitar skills, and musicianship. I will always have the student's best interest in mind, and will help them reach their goals as quickly as possible. It is an honor and a privelege that I never take lightly..

All Star Music has their own policies about scheduling lesson times, payments, and make up lessons (if warranted).. You will need to check with them about what is required.. I am currently accepting students. You can contact them by phone at the following number or on their website at the following link:
